We have a requirement for an experienced Information Security & Compliance resource to manage organization-level activities covering Information Security, SOC 2, DPDP Act, Business Continuity, and optionally ISO 42001.

Key requirements:

- 5-8 years of relevant Information Security/GRC experience.
- Hands-on experience in ISO 27001, SOC 2, risk management and audits.
- Experience in process walkthroughs, internal/external audits, control assessments and remediation tracking.
- Experience in Business Continuity, BIA, BCP/DR activities.
- Positive understanding of DPDP Act and privacy compliance.




- Experience in AI governance / responsible AI and practical use of AI tools in day-to-day security, compliance, documentation, analysis and reporting activities.
- Ability to independently coordinate with IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Projects and other stakeholders.
- ISO 42001 / AI Management System experience will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a hands-on resource who can independently manage security and compliance operations and effectively leverage AI to improve day-to-day efficiency.
