Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Manager to plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns for our retail brand. The role involves identifying suitable influencers, building relationships with creators, coordinating campaigns, and tracking campaign performance across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns.

- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators.

- Manage influencer relationships, negotiations, and campaign deliverables.

- Coordinate product promotions, shoots, and social media collaborations. Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and conversions.

- Monitor social media trends and identify new influencer opportunities.





- Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer or social media marketing.

- Solid knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Creative mindset and good understanding of social media trends.

- Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Experience in retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
