Influencer Marketing Manager — Effora

Effora is building a beauty and wellness brand across devices, topicals and supplements. We’re looking for someone who can own creator partnerships end to end—combining strong content judgement, commercial negotiation and measurable campaign results.

Responsibilities

- Campaign Strategy: Build influencer campaigns around product launches, seasonal opportunities and brand and revenue goals.
- Creator Discovery: Identify creators across Instagram and YouTube based on audience relevance, engagement authenticity and content quality.
- Partnership Management: Own outreach, negotiations, onboarding, usage rights and long-term creator relationships.
- Creative Direction: Develop briefs, hooks, product demonstrations and storytelling that build trust and purchase intent.
- Campaign Execution: Manage budgets, dispatch coordination, approvals, posting schedules and deliverables across multiple creators.
- Affiliate Growth: Build creator-led sales through trackable links, codes and repeat partnerships.
- Performance Analysis: Track creator-level reach, engagement, CPV, CTR,



conversions and attributable revenue; use findings to improve investment decisions.
- Content Amplification: Work with the Growth team to test successful creator assets in paid ads and secure content for social and e-commerce use.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or brand campaigns.
- Proven end-to-end campaign ownership for beauty, wellness or consumer D2C brands.
- Robust negotiation skills and experience managing multiple creators and budgets.
- Ability to connect creative decisions with campaign performance and commercial outcomes.
- Strong reporting, organisation and follow-through.
- An established creator network and experience across both agency/platform and in-house brand environments are a plus.
