Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, research, and onboard influencers across nano, micro, and authority creator categories
- Brief influencers with clear creative direction, brand messaging guidelines, and campaign expectations
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, approvals, and payment processes for creator collaborations
- Set up and manage Partnership Ads and dark post campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
- Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, coupon redemptions, and conversions
- Maintain and organize influencer databases with performance records and relationship notes
- Scripting & Content:
- Write video scripts for influencer campaigns, reels, product demos, and brand content
- Develop engaging hooks, robust CTAs, and narratives aligned with different funnel stages
- Apply consumer psychology and persuasion principles to create emotionally engaging messaging
- Contribute to monthly content calendars across Instagram and YouTube
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure content consistency and brand alignment
