Role & Responsibilities

· Execution of Risk-Based Internal Audits, Special Reviews, and other audit assignments.

· Identification and assessment of risks and key controls across various functions, businesses, and processes for audit engagements.

· Review and evaluation of internal controls, policies, and compliance frameworks.

· Preparation of audit observations, reports, and recommendations.

· Presentation and discussion of audit findings and deliverables with Senior Management and Heads of Departments (HODs).

· Follow-up on audit observations and monitoring of corrective actions.

What We Expect

Education: Cleared CA Intermediate and completed the mandatory articleship period as prescribed by ICAI for Industrial Training.

Experience: Fresher

Skills:

- Robust understanding of audit, risk management, and internal controls.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Mindset:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset
