Key Responsibilities

- Assist in coordinating the payroll and compliance process, including attendance, wage sheet preparation, statutory documentation, and related records for assigned sites.

- Coordinate with site teams for timely collection and submission of attendance, manpower, wage, and other HR/IR-related data.

- Support the IR Manager in coordinating with labour officials, government authorities, and statutory agencies for routine compliance-related matters.

- Visit assigned operational sites regularly and coordinate with client HR/IR teams to understand day-to-day requirements and resolve routine employee-related matters.

- Assist in maintaining and updating labour licenses, registrations, permissions, statutory records, returns, and other compliance documents for assigned sites.

- Coordinate with operational manpower regarding attendance, wages, payments, settlements, employee grievances, and other routine issues, and escalate critical matters to the IR Manager.

- Assist in implementing company policies, HR/IR processes, software, and systems at assigned sites and ensure adherence to the same.





- Support employee welfare, engagement, retention, and other HR/IR initiatives undertaken by the company.

- Maintain accurate and updated records of operational and managerial manpower, including employee details, attendance, joining, separation, and other HR/IR data.

- Prepare and submit HR/IR MIS, manpower reports, compliance updates, and other reports as required by the IR Manager or management.

- Follow up with site teams for timely closure of compliance, employee-related, and administrative requirements.

- Identify routine HR/IR issues at sites and report the same to the IR Manager with relevant details for further action.

- Assist in coordinating employee settlements, payments, withdrawals, and other manpower-related processes to ensure smooth continuation of site operations.

- Perform any other HR, IR, payroll, compliance, or administrative duties assigned by the management or reporting manager from time to time.
