About the Role:

Lead and scale Company's India Digital, Data & AI business with full P&L; ownership. Drive profitable growth through new-logo acquisition, strategic account expansion, and deep BFSI & GCC relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

? Own India P&L; – revenue, margin, and growth strategy

? Drive net-new enterprise acquisition across BFSI & India GCCs

? Grow strategic accounts and CXO relationships (CIO/CTO/CDO)

? Lead Data, AI & GenAI GTM propositions

? Build BFSI & GCC market presence

? Build and mentor high-performing sales & presales teams

? Represent NuSummit at CXO forums and industry events

Requirements:





✅ 20+ years in IT Services / Digital Engineering / Data & AI

✅ Proven track record of scaling tech services business in India

✅ Strong enterprise sales & strategic account growth experience

✅ Experience selling Digital Transformation, Data & AI services

✅ Strong BFSI domain & CXO relationships preferred

✅ Exposure to India GCC ecosystem

✅ Strong understanding of GenAI, AI/ML, and data platforms

✅ Experience managing significant P&L; and large revenue targets

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with strong executive presence
