1. Oversee and manage all aspects of mechanical maintenance for production machinery, including fine blanking presses, CNC machining centers, stamping equipment, and rubber molding machines.
2. Develop and implement proactive preventive maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime and optimize equipment performance.
3. Respond to and resolve mechanical breakdowns and equipment failures promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
4. Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic checks on all machinery to identify potential issues before they lead to failures.
5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and labor hours, utilizing CMMS software.
6. Manage the inventory of spare parts and consumables for mechanical maintenance, ensuring availability of critical components.
7. Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
