Role Summary

Manage and drive incident and problem management processes in a mission-critical 24x7x365 production support environment. Ensure adherence to ITIL standards and client-specific compliance requirements, while coordinating with offshore teams and delivering timely reports.

What Youll Do

- Manage major incidents, including creation and communication of action plans
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness of incident and problem management processes
- Produce management information, including KPIs and reports
- Monitor and recommend improvements to incident management
- Review and audit incident management processes
- Provide support in a 24x7x365 production environment
- Contribute to controlled change management processes
- Coordinate with offshore teams for incident resolution
- Ensure compliance with customer audit and incident processes




- Perform knowledge transfer and proper handover at assignment end
- Submit timely status reports and timesheets

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience in incident management in level 1 production support environments
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Problem management skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Willingness to provide on-call support and deployments on weekends
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-moving, multi-cultural environments
- Team player

Valuable to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Exposure to SEPA Credit Transfers and Direct Debits
- Experience in the banking domain and payment systems
