Job Title: Import-Export Executive

Location: Mangrol, Surat, Gujarat

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Company

Our client is a leading PET recycling (rPET) manufacturer that converts post-consumer PET bottles into hot-washed PET flakes and recycled chips and granules for food and non-food applications.

Role Summary

The Import-Export Executive will be responsible for handling import-export documentation and coordinating documentation and paperwork related to factory loading, dispatch and logistics activities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

● Handle day-to-day import-export documentation and maintain relevant records.

● Prepare and maintain invoices, packing lists, shipping documents and other required paperwork.

● Coordinate with internal teams for documentation related to loading and dispatch.

● Ensure all required documents are prepared and available before dispatch.

● Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners and other relevant parties for smooth dispatch activities.

● Maintain proper records of import-export transactions, shipments and dispatches.

● Follow up on shipment and dispatch-related documentation.





● Assist in coordinating import and export shipments and ensure timely completion of documentation.

● Maintain physical and digital records of relevant documents.

● Support the team in other documentation and coordination activities related to import-export and factory dispatch operations.

Requirements

● 2 or 2 years of relevant experience in Import-Export, logistics documentation or a similar role preferred.

● Basic understanding of import-export documentation and processes.

● Decent communication and coordination skills.

● Good documentation and record-keeping ability.

● Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and email.

● Ability to coordinate with internal teams, transporters and external parties.

Benefits

● Overtime Pay: Provision for overtime payment on a normal hourly-rate basis, as per company policy. Overtime will not be paid at double the normal hourly rate.

● Company Bus Facility: Company bus facility available from the Kamrej area, Surat. The bus will reach the Kamrej area at approximately 9:00 AM for employees to board and will drop employees back in the Kamrej area in the evening, from where they can commute to their homes.
