NWe are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Specialist – Product Implementation to

Nmanage end-to-end productonboarding and deployment for our clients. This role involves

Ngathering business requirements, configuring the product, managing data migration, conducting

NUAT, and ensuring smooth go-live. The Specialist will also collaborate closely with

Ncross-functional teams todeliver high-quality implementations, driving customer satisfaction and

Nlong-term adoption.

nKey Responsibilities:

N● Manage the full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration,

Ntesting, and deployment.

N● Conduct client workshops to understand business processes and map them to product

Ncapabilities.

- Configure product modules and workflows to align with customer requirements.

- Manage and validate data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams during UAT and post go-live.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success) for

NRequired Qualifications:

NEducational

n● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related

Nfield.

n● Certifications in project management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) or SaaS tools

Npreferred.

- 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting.

- Strong knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows.

- Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel/SQL for data handling and analysis.

- Robust communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

- Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines
