Selection Process & Instructions

- Candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience, including freshers, are requested not to apply. Candidates who have previously applied for this role and were not shortlisted/rejected are also requested not to reapply.
- This position is open only to candidates currently based in Mumbai.
- BDO will screen the candidates based on the information submitted through this job posting response (experience, current location, immediate availability, current CTC, expected CTC, etc. would be the key points for filtration). Please note that this is a relatively early-career implementation role, and so the salary expectations cannot go beyond 7 or 8 lakhs per annum.
- For filtered candidates, there will be a short conversation from BDO's side to validate the data submitted. The candidates will be asked to share their CV in a one-slide PPT format, which will be used by BDO for client submissions.
- The PPT version of the CVs will be submitted to the client, who will then set up a MS Teams call with multiple candidates together simultaneously, where the candidates will give an introduction of themselves and their work experience. The client will assess the communication skills and smartness of the candidates in this short chat.
- The client will then revert to BDO, confirming a list of candidates who may be considered for the Product training on their SaaS-based Consent Management solution. This is a free training session where training content will be shared online, and the candidate has to complete the self-paced training at their convenience. There will be an evaluation at the end (minimum 75% to clear the exam). There will be daily Q&A; sessions for 1 hour to clarify doubts, if any, on the training material. No payment, salary,



or stipend will be provided by BDO or the Client during this training session period. On average, if you spend 3 hours a day, then the training and certification should be completed within 2 weeks.
- The client will then inform BDO of the list of candidates who have cleared the exam and training and are ready to be onboarded or deployed.
- Accordingly, BDO will onboard the client-confirmed candidates as BDO employees, but they will be deployed at the client location. There will be a BDO induction in the first week of onboarding.
- After the first deployment or first assignment gets over, the employee may get deployed on another project of the client or may come back to the BDO pool to get deployed at a different client altogether.

About the Role

We are looking for an Implementation Analyst Products to support the implementation and deployment of a SaaS-based Consent Management solution for Enterprise and Small & Medium-sized Business (SMB) clients. So, the deployment location will be anywhere in Mumbai where the client has its office, and the approximate duration of one deployment will be 6 to 8 months – like this, there could be multiple deployments with multiple clients, one following the other. Prior experience in Consent Management, DPDP, or Cybersecurity is not mandatory.

Product-specific training will be provided.





This is an early-career implementation role suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

The role involves working closely with clients, business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to drive implementation activities from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.

Responsibilities:

· Manage SMB Demo and Implementation deals for Consent Management solution, with a primary focus and special emphasis on supporting Free plan users.

· Assist Enterprise clients with implementation and deployment activities on the side as a secondary responsibility.

· Guide SMB customers through self-service setup, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure quick go-live and rapid Time to Value.

· Gather feedback on product experience during the entire customer lifecycle via targeted surveys.

· Identify risks proactively, mitigate, and escalate as deemed appropriate.

Requirements:

· 1–2 years of experience in Tech products, SaaS, or Cloud products.

· Prior exposure to customer onboarding, product demos, technical support, or pre-sales is preferred.

· Understanding of APIs and basic general technical architecture and components is a must: Good to have development experience in REST APIs, JavaScript, and JSON/XML data structures.

· Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and deployment workflows is preferred.

· Understanding of infrastructure components – databases, queues, API gateways, firewalls, etc. is preferred.

· Willingness to learn on-premise deployment concepts and assist senior team members on enterprise accounts.

· Understanding of BFSI would be preferred.

· Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Hindi is preferable.

· Ability to travel to client locations for extended periods of deployments.
