Duties and Responsibilities

 Provide counseling and practical guidance to clients through various communication channels such as telephone, email, or in-person meetings.

 Persuasively convince clients to choose our immigration services by building trust and confidence.

 Offer informed advice on available overseas options to assist clients and their families in making well-informed decisions.

 Deliver clear and accurate information based on current immigration regulations and visa rules.

 Conduct impartial evaluations of clients' profiles.

 Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and offering guidance on immigration and visa requirements.

 Meet with potential and existing clients to assess their needs.

 Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role,



as it involves interaction with clients, team members, and government authorities.

 Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as visa petitions, applications, affidavits, and appeals.

 Collaborating with other team members, including paralegals and administrative staff, to ensure smooth case management and client satisfaction.

 Participating in continuing legal education and career development activities to enhance expertise in immigration law.

 Establish a friendly and trusting rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships.

 Focus on achieving sales targets individually and as part of a team.

 Maintain regular contact with assigned leads according to set targets, and ensure the supporting team follows suit.

 Adhere to the organization's work policies and ethics.
