Implementation Analyst – E-Invoicing & Digital Compliance

We are looking for an Implementation Analyst with experience in software implementation, system integration, and client coordination to support E-Invoicing and Digital Compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage software implementation, configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into implementation solutions.
- Work on API, JSON, SFTP, data mapping, and system integrations.
- Coordinate with clients, product, technical, tax, and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot implementation/integration issues and drive timely resolution.




- Maintain implementation documentation and support post-go-live activities.

Required Skills

- 3–8 years of experience in Implementation, Integration, Application Support, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with API/integration, JSON, mapping, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP/Oracle/Dynamics or similar ERP systems is an added advantage.
- E-Invoicing, GST/VAT, Tax Tech, or Digital Compliance experience is preferred.
