We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, visits, referrals, and online channels.
- Contact prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,
and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order/service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Requirements
- Any Graduate / Diploma qualification.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
