- Designation: Manager Compensation & Benefits (C&B;)
- Location: Mohali/Jaipur
- Experience: 9 to 12 years
- Salary Budget: Maximum 17 LPA Fixed CTC
- Industry Preference: Candidates from the service industry can be considered, other than manufacturing.
- Shift Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Key Experience & Competencies The candidate should have relevant experience in:

- Salary Benchmarking
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Performance Appraisal
- Bonus and PLI administration
- C&B; Analytics
- Payroll
- Statutory Compliance and knowledge of relevant local laws.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Salary benchmarking experience handling either manually or through external consultants is acceptable.

Technical Skills

- Microsoft Excel: Expert-level proficiency
- Microsoft PowerPoint: Expert-level proficiency
- HRMS: Working knowledge of any HRMS platform will be an added advantage.
