About The Role

We are seeking an experienced IBM ELM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) and a proven ability to deliver scalable solutions that support complex engineering and software development environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and document scalable IBM ELM architectures.
- Lead technical workshops and solution design discussions with stakeholders.
- Develop ALM transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Architect integrations with third-party applications using OSLC, REST APIs, and related technologies.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to project teams.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM).
- Expertise in DOORS Next, EWM, ETM, and Global Configuration Management.
- Experience with PureVariants, SmartFacts, DOORS, and Windchill Modeller.
- Strong understanding of OSLC standards and RESTful API integration.
- Ability to design enterprise-scale ALM solutions.




- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Git-based version control.
- Python scripting knowledge.
- Familiarity with system engineering and requirements management processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in ALM, systems engineering, or related domains.
- Experience in automotive, rail, or other complex engineering industries is preferred.
- Professional certifications related to IBM ELM, SAFe, or Systems Architecture are advantageous.
