Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven growth marketer to lead paid-social strategy across Meta and TikTok. You will own campaign performance, budgets, attribution, tracking, and creative testing while working closely with creative and analytics teams to scale customer acquisition efficiently. Key Responsibilities Paid-Social Ownership Own the strategy, setup, execution, and optimization of Meta and TikTok campaigns Manage full-funnel budgets of USD 100,000+ per month with direct CPA accountability Lead budget allocation, pacing, testing, and daily performance optimization Tracking and Measurement Diagnose pixel, CAPI, Events API, GA4, UTM,



and conversion-flow issues Reconcile platform data with GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau, and internal reporting Use Clarity, Hotjar, or similar tools to identify user drop-offs and conversion friction Build reliable attribution and performance-reporting frameworks Creative Performance Identify winning hooks, formats, messaging, visual styles, and calls to action Translate campaign data into clear briefs and actionable feedback for creative teams Write and test high-converting direct-response advertising copy Build structured creative-testing and learning systems Growth Strategy Contribute to channel planning and broader customer-acquisition strategy Identify performance risks, emerging trends, and recent growth opportunities Present clear recommendations and performance updates to stakeholders What We’re Looking For 4–7 years of hands-on experience in paid social or performance marketing Experience
