E xecuting - Installing & commissioning of HVAC sites management with experience in VRF systems / Chillers with a proven ability to manage people, vendors, and multiple stakeholders. Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants to address project requirements and resolve any issues. Lead and manage in office teams, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project plans.

- Coordinate with material vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and supplies.
- Monitor on-site activities to ensure high-quality execution in line with project specifications. Address and resolve any on-site challenges promptly.
- Handle measurement certifications to validate work progress and accuracy. Ensure customer bills are prepared and submitted on time, maintaining proper documentation.
- Manage material inventory and logistics to avoid delays in project execution.
- Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and enhance cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related updates, site measurements and project reports and documents
