Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site Engineer to manage and supervise HVAC installation, execution, testing, and commissioning activities at project sites. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of HVAC systems, site coordination, drawings, material requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor HVAC installation and site execution activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, consultants, and other MEP teams.
- Review and understand HVAC drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor installation of ducting, piping, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, pumps, ventilation and exhaust systems.
- Check ducting, piping, insulation, supports, equipment installation, and related works.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site activity reports.
- Coordinate with the Design and Purchase teams for drawings, materials, and technical requirements.
- Check material availability and ensure materials are used as per specifications.
- Monitor manpower and subcontractor activities at site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Conduct and coordinate testing,



commissioning, TAB, pressure testing, flushing, and performance checks.
- Ensure proper quality, safety, and housekeeping at the site.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates to the Project Manager.
- Maintain required site documentation, checklists, inspection requests, and measurements.
- Ensure project work is completed within the planned time, quality, and budget requirements.

Required Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
- Knowledge of ducting and HVAC piping installation.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC/MEP drawings.
- Understanding of TR/BTU, CFM, ESP, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment such as AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pumps, VAV and Ventilation Systems.
- Knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage site activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of relevant HVAC site execution experience.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in commercial buildings, industrial projects, hospitals, data centers, or similar MEP projects will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
