We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Design Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC design and BIM-based project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and hands-on experience with BIM tools for design, coordination, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare HVAC design calculations, layouts, and detailed drawings.

- Develop and manage HVAC models using BIM software.

- Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

- Prepare design reports, shop drawings, and construction documents.

- Advantage - Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.





- Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum 4 years of HVAC design experience.

- Robust proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD or Bricscad.

- Experience in BIM-based design and coordination projects.

- Knowledge of HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, equipment selection, and relevant international standards.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹11,443.36 - ₹45,616.52 per month
