Role Description The Human Resources System Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing HRIS platforms to support HR processes, including employee data management, benefits administration, and workflow automation. Day-to-day activities include analyzing business requirements, translating them into system configurations, testing new features, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

The specialist will collaborate closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to streamline processes, enhance user adoption,



and support reporting and analytics needs. The role also involves creating documentation, training end users, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Human Resources (HR) skills, with hands-on experience in HR technology platforms or HRMS.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Process understanding to translate HR needs into effective system configurations and workflows.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Perks administration and related HR processes to ensure accurate configuration and compliance within HR systems.
- Experience with HR data management, reporting, and people analytics tools is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and provide user training and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with mid-sized or enterprise organizations and familiarity with HR implementation or change management projects is an advantage.
