Wonder Goods Pvt. Ltd. is a profitable D2C private label company operating across Ecommerce, Quick Commerce. We run two brands: WonderStand (home organizers, storage, utility products) and Mr. Right (pest control, and home care). We're at growth-stage and process-light - moving fast, building systems as we scale.

Role Description

Full-time, on-site HR Specialist role in Noida Sector 59. You'll own HR end-to-end including recruitment and screening, onboarding, employee records, attendance, and compliance. A core part of this role is building our performance and talent framework from scratch - it doesn't exist yet.

You'll work directly with founders and functional leads to formalize policies (leave, conduct standards, Saturday-off structure) that are currently informal or undocumented. Expect to operate with ambiguity early and bring structure to it, not maintain something already built.

Who we're looking for

3-5 years HR experience - not a senior HR head, but someone who's done the actual work and can be trusted to run it without supervision. We need someone sensible and responsible, not someone who needs every decision spelled out. You should be comfortable when the answer isn't written down yet and be the one who writes it down.

Priorities, policies, and even your own role will shift as we grow - if you need a fixed to feel secure, this isn't the right fit.



We want someone who finds a workaround when the textbook HR process doesn't apply to a 15-20 person startup, not someone who waits for a process to exist before acting.

Currently there is only one position open - so we'd prefer someone who moves fast and can align for in-person (face-to-face) meeting. We want to close the position as soon as possible.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally at a similar environment
- Experience in HR generalist roles at a startup or D2C company - comfortable building process, not just running it
- Strong grasp of recruitment, onboarding, and basic compliances (PF, ESI, labour law basics)
- Ability to design and implement a performance management framework independently
- High ownership - this role has no existing playbook to follow other than industry benchmarks
- Strong interpersonal skills; can hold ground with functional leads without authority backing initially
- Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Comfortable with on-site, small, quick-paced, single-hall startup environment (not a polished corporate setup)

Details

- Location: Noida Sector 63, 5 min walk from Noida Electronic City metro (on-site)
- Working days: Monday to Saturday, 2 alternate Saturdays off
- Compensation: Rs. 3.6 to 6 LPA, based on experience; increment on current CTC as per industry norms
