We're hiring: HR Executive / Sr Executive – Performance Management & Rewards

? Gurugram (MG Road) | 5+ years

At SLS Designs, we want someone who can build a PMS and the rewards system that goes with it, not just run one.

If you've ever thought, "Pay and performance should talk to each other," this role lets you make that happen.

What you'll do

- Design and roll out our PMS framework: KRAs, KPIs and appraisal cycles
- Build performance-linked incentive structures and pay structures that are fair and easy to explain
- Run salary benchmarking and compensation analysis, and turn the numbers into insights leadership can act on
- Run annual compensation and appraisal cycles from planning to closure
- Partner with department heads on role metrics and rewards initiatives




- Work with external partners and market data to keep our rewards competitive

What we're looking for

- Proven experience designing a PMS or incentive system
- Strong grasp of KRA/KPI frameworks and compensation & benefits practices
- Comfort with data: solid Excel skills, HRMS or rewards analytics experience is a plus
- Clear communication and the confidence to work with business heads
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
