Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to manage and supervise HVAC installation and construction activities at MEP project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, subcontractor coordination, quality control, progress monitoring, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute HVAC installation works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Review and interpret HVAC layouts, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate HVAC works with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Civil, and other MEP services.
- Supervise installation of ducting, chilled water piping, AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, chillers, pumps, ventilation systems, and related HVAC equipment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and client representatives for smooth execution.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per the project schedule.
- Check manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for HVAC activities.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure installation quality as per approved standards.




- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site records.
- Verify measurements and assist in preparation and checking of RA bills/IPC and BOQ quantities.
- Coordinate material inspection, delivery, storage, and installation.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
- Coordinate preparation and submission of inspection requests, test reports, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and company procedures.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP construction practices.
- Good knowledge of HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Experience in site execution and subcontractor management.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination and construction sequencing.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, industrial projects, MEP construction projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
