Role Description The Human Resources Specialist role is a full time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting performance management processes. The specialist will assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, administer employee benefits, and respond to employee queries in a timely, professional manner.
