Role Overview

TRUGlobal is looking for an organized and proactive HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience. The ideal candidate will have around 1+ years of experience in HR Operations, strong coordination skills, good communication, and hands-on experience with HR processes and HRMS.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee transfers, confirmations, promotions and other lifecycle activities.
- Handle employee exit and full-and-final documentation processes.
- Maintain attendance, leave and employee-related data.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for monthly payroll inputs and employee changes.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, documentation, leave and other HR processes.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates and other employee documents.




- Maintain HRMS/HRIS data and ensure accuracy of employee information.
- Support background verification and other pre-employment processes.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR trackers.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
- Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams and employees to resolve HR operational issues.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of experience in HR Operations/HR Generalist activities.
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
