Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter at SureshITacademy is a full-time, on-site role based in Ameerpet. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers, posting job openings across platforms, and managing communication with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.



The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, supporting onboarding processes, and contributing to employer branding and campus or community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and training staff.
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills for managing multiple open positions.
- Understanding of basic HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment for educational institutions or IT roles is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, learner-focused environment and adapting to changing needs.
