? About the Role

QualRec Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and Client Hiring .

? Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and daily activity reports.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

? Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

- BBA / BCA / B.Com / MBA / Any Bachelor's Degree




- Candidates currently pursuing their degree may also apply.

Experience:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR, telecalling, or talent acquisition will be an advantage.

? Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes
- Ability to work in a team
