About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and people-centric HR professional to lead the Human Resources function at Wonderla Chennai Park. You will report to the Park Head and own HR operations end to end.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead HR operations for Wonderla Chennai Park, aligned with Wonderla's HR policies and culture
- Drive manpower planning, timely recruitment, onboarding and induction
- Ensure 100% statutory and labour-law compliance,



including audits and safety protocols
- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary processes and welfare initiatives - Oversee attendance, shift planning, rostering and workforce productivity
- Build a high-performance culture through performance management and development programmes
- Partner with Operations, Finance and Support teams on workforce needs
- Manage HR budgets, MIS and reporting on attrition, manpower, compliance and engagement.

Who You Are

- 8 to 10 years of HR experience in Manufacturing, Retail or QSR setups, handling large-scale manpower
- MBA / MSW in HR - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership
- Proactive and hands-on, with strong people management skills
- Robust command of statutory policies and compliance
- Fluent in English and Tamil - Flexible to work weekends, holidays and extended hours as operations require
