- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
- Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation and HR databases.
- Monitor employee engagement, discipline, and workplace culture.
- Work closely with management on manpower planning, retention, and overall HR strategy.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
