We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR qualified to lead the HR function for our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant and marketing project.

Position - HR Manager

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Department: Human Resources

Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete HR operations for manufacturing plant, corporate office and sales & marketing teams.
- Prepare manpower planning, HR budgets and organization structures.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing and Corporate functions.
- Manage plant HR, attendance, shifts, leave, overtime and manpower productivity.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and industrial relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, contract labour and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and systems.
- Manage performance appraisal, KPI/KRA, promotion, increments and PIP.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programmes, including GMP/GDP and safety-related training.
- Manage payroll, compensation, employee benefits and HR MIS.
- Support recruitment and HR management of MRs, ABMs, RSMs,



Product Managers and Sales Heads.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, welfare and organizational development.
- Manage resignation, exit interview, full & final settlement, relieving and experience documentation.
- Prepare regular HR dashboards and reports for senior management.

Qualification

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management, or equivalent.
- Additional qualification in Labour Law / Industrial Relations will be an advantage.

Experience

HR Manager : 10–14 years

Candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / FMCG / Chemical / regulated manufacturing industries will be preferred.
