Manager – Human Resources

Salary - ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (Gross), based on experience

-

- Expertise in payroll and experience in handling POSH cases. Any course/ certification in valuable is preferred.
- Ensure full statutory & labour law compliance
- Drive POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance — constitute and run the Internal Committee
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle — induction, onboarding, confirmation, performance appraisal, and exit / full & final settlement formalities
- Oversee payroll inputs, salary administration, attendance & leave management
- Expertise in handling HRMS, attendance system, PMS.

Regular MBA is preferred.
