Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Kochi.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves partnering with leadership and line managers to identify staffing needs, develop HR strategies, and support organizational development initiatives.

Manager will manage HR documentation, payroll coordination with finance, and benefits administration, while handling employee relations issues and resolving workplace concerns in a fair and timely manner.



The role also includes developing HR policies, conducting training and development programs, and maintaining accurate HR data and reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong HR operations and administration skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management to support a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies relevant to Indian employment regulations.
- Candidates should possess abilities in training and development, including designing and delivering HR-related workshops and supporting growth opportunities initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in HRIS or HR management software, MS Office tools, and data analysis for HR reporting.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR managerial or senior HR generalist role within distribution, technology, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
