Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Baddi Area, responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle and supporting organizational growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
The role also involves handling HR policies and procedures, maintaining compliant HR documentation, coordinating payroll inputs, and supporting training and development programs.
The Human Resources
Manager will serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and leadership on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture. Collaboration with project and operations teams to ensure workforce planning, staffing is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies to support a positive, high-performing work environment.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation, including contracts, personnel files, and HR reporting.
- Experience in payroll coordination, compensation and benefits administration, and basic HR analytics for decision-making.
- Solid organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-paced, project-driven settings.
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, ideally within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
