Role SummaryThe HR Manager for Volume Acquisition will own the end-to-end mass recruitment strategy for our international voice and non-voice processes. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding hundreds of candidates to meet aggressive business demands for our UK campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of human resources and technology, requiring someone who can leverage automated applicant routing pipelines, manage data within our self-hosted Frappe HRMS, and execute high-energy walk-in drives.

Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-Volume Sourcing & Pipeline Management

- Design and execute localized sourcing strategies across Kolkata and Howrah to consistently attract top-tier English-speaking talent for UK-shift operations (B2B/B2C Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Customer Support).
- Organize and manage large-scale walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and targeted job fair events.
- Manage the automated job applicant routing systems (via our custom web forms) to ensure zero drop-off in the candidate pipeline.

Process Execution & HR Tech Utilization

- Streamline the screening and selection process to drastically reduce Time-to-Fill (TTF) while maintaining strict quality standards for communication and sales aptitude.




- Act as the primary owner of recruitment workflows within our self-hosted Frappe HRMS, ensuring all candidate data, offer rollouts, and onboarding steps are tracked accurately.
- Integrate AI-driven screening and modern assessment tools to evaluate candidates at scale before human interviews.

Vendor Management & Compliance

- Manage relationships with external sourcing vendors, staffing agencies, and job boards to maximize ROI.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local employment laws, GDPR standards, and internal background verification requirements during mass onboarding.

Leadership & Analytics

- Lead and mentor a team of volume recruiters to consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly candidate conversion SLA targets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and provide weekly reports on funnel metrics, channel performance, and cost-per-hire to the executive leadership team.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 3+ years strictly dedicated to high-volume bulk hiring in the International BPO sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the talent landscape for international voice processes, specifically sourcing candidates comfortable with UK shift timings and possessing excellent English proficiency.
- Technical Aptitude: Hands-on experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems. Familiarity with Frappe/ERPNext HRMS, automated web form integrations, or leveraging AI tools in HR processes is a massive advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, exceptional organizational capabilities to manage the chaos of mega-drives, and the ability to make fast, data-backed decisions.
