Company Description The Entrepreneurship Educators' Network of Asia (EENA) is a pioneering network focused on advancing entrepreneurship and innovation education across Asia. EENA connects educators from diverse disciplines and institutions who share a commitment to developing future entrepreneurial leaders.

Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR activities and administrative tasks for EENA’s on-site operations in Lucknow. This internship role includes assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and orientation activities.

The intern will help in drafting and updating HR documents, coordinating with team members on HR-related queries, and assisting in organizing trainings and employee engagement initiatives.



The role also involves collecting and compiling HR data, preparing basic reports, and ensuring that HR practices align with organizational guidelines. The intern will collaborate closely with HR leadership to gain exposure to practical HR operations in an education-focused nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Lucknow and interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Interest in education, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit sector work is beneficial.
