Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities, including assisting with recruitment, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. The intern will help maintain employee records, track attendance, and support onboarding processes for recent team members and interns.

Responsibilities also include assisting with HR documentation, basic HR policy communication,



and coordinating with different departments to address routine HR queries. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on HR experience in a professional consulting environment. The position is remote, offering flexibility while requiring reliable communication and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and basic employee record handling.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online meeting platforms).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and maintain confidentiality of HR information.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
