Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations in a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help with onboarding processes, updating employee files, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Additional tasks include assisting with employee engagement initiatives,



helping track attendance and leave records, and supporting the administration of employee benefits.

The role also involves preparing basic HR reports, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with HR team members on continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Personnel Management and employee record maintenance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in working in a healthcare or holistic wellness environment and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
