About the InternshipThe Human Resources (HR) Internship provides students with an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, team coordination, and performance management. Interns will work closely with the HR and management teams to support organizational growth while developing professional communication, leadership, and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit Research & Promotions Interns according to the organization's recruitment guidelines.
- Build and maintain a strong network within your college or university.
- Assist in implementing intern engagement activities to improve morale and productivity.
- Coordinate with management to achieve weekly and monthly recruitment and performance goals.
- Maintain and update intern performance records using Google Sheets.
- Monitor and track the progress of recruited interns.
- Organize activities, events, and initiatives that encourage participation and motivation among interns.
- Support HR operations and contribute to creating a positive and professional work environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good networking abilities within the college or university community.
- Attention to detail and diligence in completing assigned tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
