About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter Intern / Recruitment Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team and support end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in recruitment and enjoys working with candidates, hiring managers, and fast-paced hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels .
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, CTC, notice period, and role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate trackers and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Support offer discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-ups .
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to close positions within timelines.




- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements.
- Support recruitment for functions such as Technology, Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and other corporate roles .
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely coordination, including for urgent/last-minute requirements.

What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Comfortable working from the Gurugram office .
- Strong ownership and willingness to learn.
