Role Description: The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.

The HR Generalist will assist in managing employee benefits and handling benefits administration, respond to employee queries, and support performance management processes. The role also includes coordinating recruitment activities, organizing training and development initiatives, and contributing to a positive,



inclusive workplace culture in collaboration with managers and team members.

Qualifications:-

- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including handling daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Solid understanding of HR Policies and compliance, with the ability to implement and communicate policies clearly and fairly.
- Hands-on experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, updates, and query resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and work with diverse teams.
- Proficiency with MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) , and HR software or HRIS systems .

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (such as SHRM or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Experience working in creative or media/animation environments is a plus, along with an interest in supporting artistic and production teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced studio setting.
