Role Description: The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for the manufacturing unit.

Responsibilities include designing HR policies, maintaining employee records, managing attendance and payroll coordination with finance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role involves handling employee relations, addressing grievances, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating training and development initiatives aligned with business goals. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with management and department heads to support workforce planning and a positive workplace culture.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding,



performance management, and employee engagement.

- Experience with HR policies, labor law compliance, disciplinary procedures, and statutory requirements relevant to manufacturing or similar industries.

- Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or HR software, and coordination of payroll inputs and attendance systems.

- Well-developed communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

- Ability to plan and execute training programs, support talent development, and contribute to organizational culture initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.

- Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in textiles, manufacturing, or production environments.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Surat on a full time basis.
