About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day plant HR operations and ensure smooth coordination between employees, shop-floor associates, department heads, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Plant HR Operations and employee-related activities.
- Handle internal and external stakeholder management, including employees, shop-floor associates, department heads, labour contractors, and other vendors.
- Prepare and manage shift rosters and ensure proper manpower allocation.
- Manage attendance, leave, statutory compliance, and payroll-related activities.
- Handle GreytHR Payroll and employee attendance processes. GreytHR payroll experience is mandatory.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and employee related concerns.




- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation. Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and general HR activities at the plant.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with contractors regarding manpower, attendance, and related documentation.
- Coordinate for required training.

Requirements:

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of plant HR operations, attendance, rosters, and payroll.
- Hands-on experience with GreytHR Payroll is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with employees, shop-floor teams, contractors, and management.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other HR tools.
