Job Summary

Lufera Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive / Manager to manage and streamline all human resource operations. This role includes handling end-to-end recruitment, payroll, attendance, employee relations, and leave management, ensuring smooth HR functioning and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment Onboarding: Draft and post job descriptions across relevant job boards. Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews. Manage onboarding documentation and induction processes.

- Attendance Leave Management: Monitor and track employee attendance using software or manual logs. Handle leave requests, maintain accurate leave balances, and escalate irregularities. Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.

- Payroll Processing: Gather payroll data including working hours, leave, bonuses, and deductions. Coordinate with Accounts for accurate and timely salary disbursement. Maintain confidential payroll records and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).

- Employee Relations Staff Discussions: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and queries.



Conduct periodic employee feedback sessions. Manage disciplinary processes and conduct exit interviews.

- HR Records Compliance: Maintain complete employee records in digital and physical format. Ensure HR policies and procedures are current and followed. Handle HR audits, legal compliance, and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR roles.

- Experience with HRMS tools like Zoho People, Keka, or similar.

- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and problem-solving ability.

- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Tamil proficiency is a bonus.
