WE ARE HIRING | HR EXECUTIVE

IED Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is a growing engineering organization specializing in EPC, Power Transmission, Power Distribution, and Electrical Infrastructure projects.

We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

• Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities

- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HR databases

• Coordinate payroll and attendance activities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee management

- Support employee relations and address employee queries

• Assist with HR policies, compliance, and statutory documentation

- Coordinate employee engagement and internal communication activities
- Support office administration and related activities

• Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements

- Maintain effective communication between employees and management
- Assist in grievance handling and resolution

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- MBA in HR / Human Resources preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Operations

• Freshers with a relevant MBA-HR qualification may also apply

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams

• Prior experience in the Infrastructure, Engineering, or EPC industry will be an advantage
