Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned vacancies through sourcing, screening, interview coordination and joining follow-ups
- Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities
- Conduct and document 30-day and 60-day new joiner connects
- Track employee feedback and ensure timely closure of action points
- Coordinate half-yearly eNPS surveys and employee communication
- Support employer-branding initiatives, employee stories and culture-related content
- Maintain accurate HR trackers, MIS and follow-up records

What we’re looking for

- MBA / PGDM / Master’s degree in Human Resources
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
- Exposure to employee engagement, onboarding, talent acquisition and employer branding
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up and execution mindset
- Someone who is approachable, organised, responsive and comfortable interacting with employees across levels
