⭐ Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals and social media
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
- Handle basic HR operations and employee coordination
- Work closely with management to fulfill hiring requirements

? Requirements:





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Experience in recruitment or HR is preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Committed towards work, deadlines, and team goals
