Job Title: Human Resources Executive
Location: Tiruppur & Coimbatore
Responsibilities:
- Maintain attendance, leave & shift records
- Support recruitment (job posting, screening & interviews)
- Handle joining formalities & employee records
- Assist in employee training (Hygiene, Safety & SOP)
- Help with payroll inputs & HR reports
- Resolve basic employee queries
- Maintain and support PF & ESI-related records and processes
Requirements:
- MBA (HR) or MSW
- 1-4 years of experience in Human Resouces field (Freshers with internship experience can apply)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PF, ESI & Payroll software
- Willing to work in a factory environment
