- 5–8 years of experience in HRBP / HR Generalist / HR Operations
- Robust experience in Employee Engagement
- Hands-on experience with Zoho People / Zoho HR is preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- IT / Technology industry experience will be an added advantage
